All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Prices do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: We ship worldwide excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules.

4.5 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days from the date you receive your order, provided they are unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

5.2 Return Process

2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
4. Receive Refund/Exchange: We’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Hydration products (water bladders, bottles)
• Sleeping bags & bedding removed from original sealed packaging
• Personalized or customized items
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or showing signs of use
• Items not purchased directly from Equipoutdoors.com

5.4 Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
